FXIFY: UK-Based CFD Prop Firm Since 2023
FXIFY is a CFD prop trading firm based in the United Kingdom, established in April 2023. Despite being a relatively newer firm, FXIFY has quickly grown its presence by offering four evaluation types — Instant, 1-Phase, 2-Phase (Trailing), and 3-Phase — across a wide range of account sizes from $15,000 to $400,000. FXIFY uses Computer ID (CID) verification to prevent account management by third parties.
Account sizes run from $15,000 to $400,000. Sample pricing on the 2-Step Trailing and 1-Phase models: 400K at $2,360 (standard $2,950), 200K at $839.20 (standard $1,049), 100K at $439.20 (standard $549), 50K at $303.20 (standard $379), 1-Phase 25K at $159.20 (standard $199), 1-Phase 15K at $95.20 (standard $119). The 2-step Trailing drawdown model provides a different risk structure compared to the static drawdown offered by the 1-Phase program.
Four platforms are supported: DXTrade, MT4, MT5, and TradingView. Tradable instruments include FX, Metals, Indices, Stocks, and Other Commodities. Note that Crypto is no longer available on Forex-based accounts effective December 1, 2025. Leverage for FX is 1:50 on Instant and 1:30 on 1/2/3-Phase; Metals are 1:20 on Instant and 1:30 on challenge models; Indices are 1:15 on Instant and 1:10 on challenge models; Stocks are 1:2 across all programs.
The minimum payout is $50, processed within 3 business days. Standard and Classic programs offer the first payout on demand, then bi-weekly. The Lightning program starts payouts at 7 days, then bi-weekly. Instant accounts pay bi-weekly (Standard) or every 10 days (Lite). Payout methods include Bank Transfer, Crypto, and Riseworks. Payments are accepted via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, and Crypto.
FXIFY is chosen by traders who want a UK-based firm with multiple evaluation structures, TradingView support, and a competitive minimum payout threshold. EAs are allowed on non-Instant and non-Lightning programs. Weekend holding is permitted on Standard, Classic, and 3-Phase programs. Instant and Lightning accounts have stricter rules: no EAs, no copy trading, positions closed before Friday market close, and news trading restricted 5 minutes before and after major events. Inactivity limit is 60 days.
